Notes from the March 28, 2019 monthly call of the CWG. We had a great discussions about: PHA efforts to encourage resident participation in the 2020 Census; PHA strategies for communicating about reentry / returning citizens; and coming together to promote the value of public housing.

On March 20, CLPHA brought together communications executives from member PHAs for our first in-person convening in Washington, D.C. The meeting provided communicators with a forum to share communications successes and challenges, network and learn from peers, discuss messaging and media strategy, and identify opportunities for collaboration across PHAs.
