We are really excited to be in Winston-Salem this year for our March Conference. We are slowly getting in “Call for Papers,” so please remind your staff to submit those by November 30, 2018. I want to be able to let them know if they are selected by December 15, 2018. If you know any vendors that would be a great addition to our conference please forward them the Vendor Packet to them. Please take note of the registration deadlines because it will effect your registration amount that will need to be submitted. Remember to get your program membership in to save on your registration price as well. A Welcome Reception will be held on Wednesday evening, banquet tickets are included in the price of registration, and the Head Start Director’s and Executive Directors, and NCHSA Board Members will receive a ticket on site for the luncheon on Thursday. Please make sure you share with your attendees that we do not provide lunch, snacks, or coffee.
