Material Hardship Matters: Parent Voices From the RAPID Survey

Council of Large Public Housing Authorities
Washington, District of Columbia
Tuesday, June 17, 2025 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Join us on June 17, from 3–4:30 p.m. ET, to hear from researchers and practitioners who will discuss the latest data from the RAPID Survey Project at the Stanford Center on Early Childhood. RAPID amplifies the voices of parents and child care providers, lifting up their lived experiences to drive policies and programs that impact young children, caregivers, and their families. Our discussion will reflect the perspectives of parents of young children and community leaders to explore what these findings mean for policy, practice, and support systems. I hope you’ll join us for this important discussion on what ongoing, high rates of material hardship mean for families, and how we can work together so that each and every child thrives from the start.
