During this webinar, representatives from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will discuss the new Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program funded by Congress to help low-income Americans cover up to $50 towards the monthly costs of in-home broadband service during the pandemic. The benefit may also cover a one-time $100 subsidy toward a computing device. The webinar will cover: An overview of the EBB Program; Eligibility requirements, including how to register; Information on how to become an outreach partner; and Time for Q&A This webinar is part of a series that aims to help ConnectHomeUSA communities achieve their goals of connecting families to broadband, devices, and digital literacy training.
