This free webinar from CSH and national partner APHSA will discuss how human services data sharing can and should involve Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data. The webinar will highlight how HMIS data is being shared with stakeholders from health, justice, and other public systems, helping to coordinate care and resources across the community to better serve constituents facing housing challenges.
