The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police and 412 Food Rescue will be hosting a Baby Food Giveaway on Saturday, January 11, 2020, from
12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
The giveaway will occur at both the Northview Heights and Allegheny Dwellings public housing communities (locations below) and is open to everyone who needs it.

 

Baby food is an often overlooked necessity that can become very expensive very quickly. The HACP is determined to provide residents and low-income families with the resources they need to live happy, healthy lives. The HACP will continue to develop and implement programs and partnerships like this to achieve that goal.

 

Food pick-up will occur at the following locations:

 

Northview Heights

Calvin Hall Public Safety Center

441 Mount Pleasant Road

Pittsburgh, PA

 

Allegheny Dwellings

Allegheny Dwellings Community Room

1701 Belleau Drive (rear)

Pittsburgh, PA

 

The event will be made possible by the generous food donations provided by 412 Food Rescue and the volunteer efforts of staff from 412 Food Rescue, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh and officers from the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police who will all assist with the food distribution.
